I am what you could call a more mature temporary worker who was bored after retirement just sitting at home. When I saw the advert for part time cleaner in the window I was apprehensive about entering the branch to enquire; I thought they would think I was too old! I need not have worried; I was given a warm welcome and lots of reassurance. The Consultant was extremely patient and explained everything to me in ‘small steps’. The service was superb.
