We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Sales Administrator, to join our client in their friendly team based in Edmonton.

This is a fantastic chance to demonstrate your sales, administration and customer service abilities, as well as being involved in the entertainment and film industry. Experience in the rental sector is preferable as is general business skills.

Our client is looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and polite individual with effective time management skills. Microsoft Excel and Word experience is essential as well as all round Customer Service and great communication skills. You will be working in a fast paced office, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with potential overtime.

As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for general administrative duties, which includes:

Processing invoices and quotations.
Monitoring customer accounts.
Answering phone calls and answering enquiries within a reasonable time frame.
Scheduling deliveries.
