Our client based near Colchester is looking for an experienced CAD Planner/Designer to join a busy and rapidly growing team.
We are looking for a strong team player with good 2D/3D AutoCAD skills and fantastic eye for detail who is willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Within this permanent role you will produce 2D/3D existing and proposed space plans, initial concepts and technical drawings as well as supporting lead planners and designers with measured surveys. Other duties will include general administration and creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
The successful candidate will need experience of:-
AutoCAD and MS Office
Revit and Adobe Creative Suite would be a distinct advantage.
You will need to have:
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Own form of transport due to the location.
Flexibility as you may need to travel and stay away overnight when required.
Be self motivated and a strong team player.
Have good communication and problem solving skills.
This exciting opportunity will offer you:-
Salary of up to £22,000pa
Hours 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
