We are looking for a determined, committed and adaptable person who has exceptional communication skills, a good work ethic, a positive attitude and above all a good sense of humour.

You will be targeted to build and run a successful perms desk, so the ability to withstand pressure and remain calm is a necessity. You will also need to be a naturally competitive, motivated individual, who can demonstrate sound initiative, a strong desire to succeed and a proven ability to influence buying decisions.

It is essential that you drive and have your own transport as there will be a requirement to visit client sites for business development opportunities and service meetings, we will pay for business mileage.

If you have recruitment experience this would be a bonus but if you don't a proven business to business sales background is key as we can offer support and comprehensive training on the recruitment side.
