We are currently seeking a permanent part-time Customer Service Coordinator for an innovative company based in central Dartford to work 3 full days per week.
You will be responsible for:
Providing a high level of customer service and technical support to a range of customers via fax, email and telephone
Dealing with customers, taking and processing of their orders, inputting data onto a computerised system.
Liaison with all internal departments to ensure that a full customer service is maintained at all times, this includes complaint resolution and additional support to ensure that a full and comprehensive customer service is provided.
You will ideally have the following:
Previous experience within a customer service and administration environment
Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems
Good MS Office skills
Hours: Wednesday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
