We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor\Manager to work on a part-time basis for a well established family run company based in the Medway Towns.
Duties include the implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures. Monitoring absence records\return to work. Provide support to HR projects and daily activities as required. Preparation of standard letters including offer letters, contracts, promotions, resignation acknowledgements, reference requests and probationary reviews. Oversee and manage grievance\disciplinary meetings along with any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
This is a permanent role, hours of work are flexible for the right candidate, working 2 to 3 days per week or 5 days per week on reduced hours.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar generalist role and be qualified to CIPD Level 5.
