Premier Work Support are working with a prestigious insurance company based in Romford, who are looking for a Learning and Development Manager.
The role will be to diagnose technical and behavioural performance and development needs and recommend further development and address skills and knowledge gaps to maximise the performance of employees.
The main duties will be identifying learning and development needs through job analysis, regular consultation with departmental managers as well as agent need requests. Carrying out 1-2-1 coaching sessions and deliver existing or tailor made training packages based on individual needs, design, implement and manage individual learning and development plans and courses, produce training material, manuals, documentation and e-learning packages, prepare and give feedback and reports on training and learning interventions, ensure CIPD/CPD best practise to ensure the learning is effective using a blend of learning methodology, keep up to date with current developments and best practise training by researching and attending relevant courses and seminars, manage/administer all LMS functions and manage the contact centre coaches.
My client will be looking for experience within the financial services industry, experience within a learning and development management capacity, excellent planning, presentation, time and management skills with a high standard of communication to interact with all levels within the company, ability to write reports and maintain learning and development methods, ability to work well under pressure and able to motivate and inspire others.
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday inclusive, with a flexible approach between the core working hours of 8.00am to 8.00pm, with infrequent weekend and evening work.
