Working with a market leading facilities management business, Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Contracts Coordinator managing the day to day facilities operations of a number of prestigious sites in the Cirencester area.
The role is 40 hours Monday to Friday with some flexibility on start times required to meet the needs of the business. Initially this role is on a contract basis.
You will take responsibility for managing 5 prime locations. You will ensure & check the quality of work, plan schedules, complete interviews and make sure that the payroll & all administrative functions are complete. You will build strong relationships with the clients making sure that their needs are met and any issues are dealt with appropriately as a matter of urgency.
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of cleaning & facilities operations with a relevant background in a supervisory role. Your leadership and attention to detail along with your commitment to a job well done will ensure your success. You will also be provided with a company van & fuel card.
