We are looking for a determined, committed and adaptable person who has exceptional communication skills, high energy levels and above all a good sense of humour.

You will be targeted to build and run a high volume 'fast-paced' temps desk, so the ability to withstand pressure and remain calm is a necessity. You will also need to be a naturally competitive, motivated individual, with lots of drive, a strong desire to succeed and a proven ability to influence buying decisions.

You'll need to have your own transport as you will be visiting client's sites for sales opportunities and service meetings (we pay for business mileage).

Our office hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to manage an on-call phone on a rotating basis.

If you have recruitment experience this would be a bonus but if you don't a proven business to business sales background is key as we can offer support and comprehensive training on the recruitment side.
