Premier Work Support are working on behalf of local expanding logistics company, who are currently looking for Returns Processor.
Your duties will include reporting directly to the Branch Manager, whilst handling the returns process for individual customers. You will be vital to process which allows the company to consistently provide returns support to there customers.
Day to day duties will include, logging all packages received via the in-house system, verifying contents of the parcels/ boxes. Inspect and log the returns, and process the returns.
Must have eye for detail as accurate records must be kept. Re-label and re-work products, keeping area clean and tidy.
Good IT skills in Micro soft packages, and good communication skills, and have the ability to work under pressure whilst prioritise workload and the ability to work as part of a team.
Normal working hours are 9.00am - 5.30 Monday to Friday, however must be flexible to suit the needs of the business.
