An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and enthusiastic experienced Lead Recruitment Resourcer to join us at our Stansted airport location.

Premier Work Support is a highly successful and well established Recruitment Agency with a solid network of 13 offices. We have an outstanding reputation as an industry leader and an extensive portfolio of loyal clients across a variety of sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Resourcer to oversee and lead the resourcing element of a small team.

You will be responsible for pro-actively generating and interviewing applicants for a variety of roles mainly within the aviation sector and occasionally there will be some resourcing for non-aviation clients on an ad-hoc basis.

You will need to have proven experience of candidate resourcing ideally within an aviation or a recruitment agency environment. An understanding of CAA requirements and compliance would be a distinct advantage as our clients have stringent policies and requirements to be met.

You must also be a strong communicator with good people skills as you will be liaising with clients and attending meetings with stakeholders on a daily and weekly basis.

The role commands a good level of IT literacy with a confident working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and if you have experience of payroll this would be advantageous.

Our office hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to manage an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
