We have a fantastic professional sales role available for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who will know how this can often be a tough/demanding but very rewarding/exciting career with excellent earning potential, for the right person.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Premier Work Support, you will be involved in client sales/service, including; establishing & maintaining rapport with clients, conducting daily sales calls/appointments and research sales activities to obtain future business leads. Candidate sales & marketing, including; promoting a welcome Branch environment, attracting a consistent flow of new candidates, interviewing/screening potential applicants and conducting pre & post interview briefings. As well as maintaining accurate records, establishing close working relationships with all team members & other Premier Work Support branches.
The successful applicant will be targeted on both activity & financial billings on a weekly/monthly basis and be expected to achieve or exceed targets agreed.
To be successful within our business, we are looking for someone with the ability to sell, to think on their feet, think creatively, have a proven track record of negotiating & influencing decision makers as well as building long standing relationships within a business environment and have the determination to succeed.
