Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting Two Assistant Butchery Managers on a permanent basis. The vacancies are within a Prestigious Butchery Company based in Horsham to work across two locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the butchery industry, have a passion for customer care along with experience in either a supervisory or management role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver the highest quality customer service and attention to detail when handling products.
* Prepare customers specific requests with cuts of fresh meat.
* Handle, prepare and display specialist cuts and offers.
* Work as part of a team to ensure standards are kept high at all times.
* Follow and adhere to company policies and Food Hygiene guidelines and requirements.
* Overseeing the management of the shop floor.
* Taking payments and processing transactions, experience would be beneficial.
* Maintain and process stock orders.
* Delegate daily tasks to team members.
Please note a full driving license is required as driiving will be involved across both branches.
