Our client, a well-established advertising company in Basildon are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their small team on a permanent basis.
As part of a busy credit control team you will be responsible for:
* Allocating customer BACS payments against their remittance on Sage
* Allocating customer cheque payments to Sage
* Sending monthly statements
* Communicating with clients via email, phone & post
* Reporting using Excel
* Receiving credit card payments
* Liaising with various departments within the company
For this role you will need previous experience in credit control, a good knowledge of Sage & Excel, excellent communication and customer service skills.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is an office-based role with free onsite parking.
