Our client, a family run Contract Cleaning company has an urgent requirement for a permanent Operations Assistant to join their team.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for:
* Covering schedules, recruiting cleaning operatives
* Carrying out site visits
* Carrying out Health and Safety Risk Assessments
* Preparing and delivering documents to site folders
* Delivery and collection of cleaning stock and equipment
* Attending and supervising deep cleans
* Monitoring all sites and employees
* Monthly meetings with operational director
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborating with other supervisors
* Attending, supervising and participating in deep cleans
* Understanding correct methods of cleaning specifications
* Good knowledge of COSHH
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous cleaning supervisory or management experience
* Strong leadership skills
* Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
* Driving licence is essential for this role as driving will be required
* Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is preferred but not essential.
40 hours per week, Mainly Monday to Friday but with flexibility to include occasional evenings or weekends
