This is a great opportunity to join a leading luxury bathroom business as a permanent Project Coordinator. This is a Hybrid role, however you must be available to visit a client site when required - this can either be in Dartford or Central London.
In this busy role, you will be providing support to the contracts and the project teams by creating quotations, managing the CRM and providing administrative support as needed.
Other duties include;
* Working alongside the Business Development Managers to ensure all communications are handled and managed correctly and efficiently.
* Producing Quotations, Mood Boards, Specification Sheets and Technical Documents
* To manage the in-house CRM system keeping it up to date with project registrations, addresses and project information.
* Deliver the required information to clients in line with brand values.
* Liaise with internal departments when required, to progress any outstanding client issues
* To carry out any other reasonable management request
* General office duties to include filing and passing on telephone message
To be successful in this role you will have administration and customer service experience, alongside excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
This is a Monday - Friday position working 9am - 5.30pm.
