Our client, an expanding building services company has an urgent requirement for a permanent Technical Administrator to join their busy team.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for providing the business with technical administration assistance and customer support.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* Answering and dealing with customer and client telephone calls
* Reviewing and responding to emails in a professional manner
* Assisting with construction related technical queries
* Providing technical expertise and guidance
* Reviewing technical documentation
* Appraising and updating customer and project documentation
* Assisting company managers in supporting the Company Directors
To be considered for this role you will need experience in call handling, emailing, technical complaints and resolving technical queries.

Hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
