We are currently seeking a Receptionist to cover the reception area for our prestigious client based in the Gillingham area.
The main duties of the reception role will be to answer all telephone calls to the business in a timely and efficient manner, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, issuing permits and badges along with general administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have good IT skills mainly using outlook and excel, excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
This is a temporary assignment for approximately 2-3 months that is commencing as soon as possible.
