An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as a permanent Repairs Administrator in their fast paced maintenance team in Ilford.
Working within the repairs team you will be responsible for organising appointments for the maintenance engineers on a day to day basis.
This is a challenging role where speed and accuracy is of the essence, therefore, experience within a similar role is imperative.
Duties will include:
* Using scheduling software to oversee working days of multiple engineers
* Moving and reallocating jobs
* Liaising with call centre team and residents
* Agreeing appointment times
* Monitoring works to ensure speedy completion
* Responding to reactive call outs
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Aptitude in problem solving
* Strong administration skills
* Attention to detail
* A passion for Customer Service
* 2 years+ experience within a similar role
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
