We are looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join the successful team at our Enfield Branch.

We are looking for a determined, committed and adaptable individual who has exceptional communication skills, a good work ethic, a positive attitude and above all a good sense of humour.

You must be comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve or exceed goals. You will also need to be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and cope with an ever changing working environment as no two days are the same in recruitment!

It is essential that you drive and have your own transport as there will be a requirement to visit client sites for business development opportunities and service meetings, we will pay for business mileage.

We open 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday so you must be available to work these hours. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to manage an on-call phone on a rotating basis.

If you have worked for a recruitment agency and have experience of running a fast paced industrial temps desk then this would be a bonus, but if you haven't and can demonstrate a proven sales record then we can offer support and training to teach you the recruitment industry.
