Premier Work Solutions is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager on behalf of our prestigious client based from Home and working within the Midlands and Home Counties regions.
The successful candidate must be able to sell first and foremost but deliver a consultancy led solution to each school and nursery. You must be able to physically survey and assess each potential opportunity and CAD the solution, delivering a bespoke tailored proposal to each school within an agreed service level.
The successful candidate will meet various schools every week across the midlands and south east and be expected to convert at least 1 in 3 opportunities delivering over £1.5 million of revenue in year one. The job involves 3/4 days "on the road" and 1/2 office day every week.
Training will be provided and all new business appointments will be set and qualified by the in house marketing team. Candidates who are driven disciplined and skilled within the construction or educational sectors will be ideally suited.
Ideally you will have expertise of selling and delivering similar Play solutions to the Education sector. Candidates must possess excellent communication and selling skills more attuned to delivering a consultancy product that has clear and tangible benefits to the users/clients. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous sales success in a similar environment. You must possess excellent PC skills, be superbly organised and understand the value of a strong CRM work ethic. Combining surveying skills with selling skills is a balanced portfolio that they must possess. Probably educated to degree level, they must be ambitious and be able work as part of a team.
Our client delivers surfacing solutions into the educational sector including schools, colleges and independent nurseries across the UK, including surfaces, Daily Mile tracks, Playground extensions, Artificial pitches, Outdoor gyms, Play areas and other products. Therefore due to increasing demand to deliver design led playground solutions that promote a healthier, safer playground experience that improve the wellbeing of the children, our client is now looking to recruit a BDM for the Midlands and South East region.
£30 to £35K Basic Salary per annum DOE + Commission (Year 1 OTE is between 60k and 80k) + car + bonus based on monthly signed new business. 25 working days holiday.
Location/Based: Midlands and Home Counties Ideally based to service the South East/Midlands market so candidates must live and be based in either South East, Home Counties or in the Midlands. Along M1, M42, M40, M4 and M25 corridors.
Additionally Candidates who are enthusiastic and eager to deliver solutions, communicate with management/clients at all levels and successfully drive through sales will be ideally suited.
