Premier Work Support are recruiting Ramp Agents and Baggage Handlers at Gatwick Airport.
You must have full valid driving license (with no more than 6 points) in order to apply.
You do not have to have specific experience, however ideally you would have manual handling experience loading and unloading items up to 32 Kilos. You must be hardworking and able to work to strict deadlines in a pressurised environment.
Duties will include loading and unloading baggage to and from the aircraft hold and the baggage belt by manual means, marshalling of disembarking and embarking passengers to and from the terminal building when necessary and maintaining a safe working environment
You must be able to provide documentation to confirm your eligibility to work in the UK, a 5 year work/education references, 5 year address history, Valid photo ID, Criminal Record Check (Cost of £25) to be applied for if you are successful at interview.
You will be given a roster during your training, which will cover a mixture of early, day, late and night shifts so you must be flexible with your working hours.
Full training and uniform will be provided and the role may become permanent for the right candidate depending on performance, timekeeping and attendance, together with the business needs of the Client.
