Our client, an Online E Commerce company are looking for a full time Office Administrator to join their friendly team.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and self driven and have strong all round administration skills including ME Excel and other Microsoft office packages.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with both colleagues and customers alike at both senior and junior levels.
In addition to regular office activities, you will at times be required to be flexible and be able to adapt to change and prioritise your work load accordingly.
Duties will include organising and maintaining office systems including data management and filing, handling business correspondence, order printing, stock management, and product listing.
To succeed in this role you will need a professional demeanour, excellent telephone manner, strong organisational skills and a great team spirit.
There is no access to public transport so this position would suit somebody with their own transport.
Hours 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
