We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a forward thinking, professional but fun company, who are seeking a Service Desk Assistant to join their friendly team based in Maidstone.
Daily duties will include meeting and greeting customers, answering telephone queries, checking in of customers to site, dealing with hire of items and responding to email queries.
The successful candidate will be an excellent 'people person' having gained some experience in a customer service or sales environment and will be IT literate with an excellent telephone manner. Experience of SAP or a customer management system would be advantageous.
This is a permanent role and hours of work are based around 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with compulsory overtime of 3 in 4 Saturdays, 8.00am to 1.00pm. An excellent bonus and overtime is available.
