Do you have experience working as an Administrator? If so, our client based in Shrewsbury has an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and develop a career within the Property Management field. This permanent position would suit an individual who has good numeracy and literacy skills alongside strong communication and people skills.
The main focus of this role is to provide administration support the property management team which includes answering the telephone, opening the daily post, scanning, filing and processing of invoices.
In addition to this you will be assisting in the preparation of budgets, reports and agreements, uploading documentation and retrieving archived information as well as organising routine maintenance work orders to be carried out on properties.

The hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
