We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent, experienced Mental Health Support Worker Supervisor to join our amazing client and their team based in Tottenham. This is an exciting chance to demonstrate your strong experience within a Learning Disabilities and Mental Health setting.
Our client is looking for a Health and Social care qualification or equivalent, minimum NVQ level 3. Basic DBS and computer skills are also essential. You must be fully flexible with working hours, have a kind, caring and compassionate nature, as well as being highly organised, confident and polite. Excellent communication skills are essential.
As the Support Worker Mental Health Supervisor, you will oversee the administrative, financial and human resources aspects of the accommodations in line with the companies policy and procedures. You will also be expected to run the accommodation as a competitive business in the absence of the Service Manager.
You will be working with your clients and support workers on a shift basis, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Overtime will be available and company benefits include 28 days holiday and free parking.
