An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join a prestigious company, based in a prime location in Dartford.
As a Customer and Sales Service Advisor you will be responsible for the following:
Providing a high level of customer service to a range of customers.
Communicating via fax, email and telephone.
Taking and processing of customer orders using the sage system.
Handling and providing a resolution to complaints.
Working with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the business process and procedures.
You should have proven experience of the following:
Customer Service.
Taking and processing of customer orders.
Dispute resolution.
Working within a Call Centre environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
