We are currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for a small well established company based in the Medway Towns.
The main duties of the role will be supporting the engineering team directly in the creation of technical drawings using Solidworks for relatively complex pieces of equipment with upto 100 parts and components.
The successful candidate will be able to modify existing designs quickly and create similar new designs effectively. You will be required to have an excellent understanding of the latest Solidworks software and be able to use it from day one without supervision or training.
Hours of work are flexible between Monday to Friday working 35 hours per week.

The role is initially a 6 month contract which could become permanent for the right candidate.
