Premier Work Support have an amazing opportunity for a permanent Buyer to join a successful manufacturing company based in Horley area.
We are looking for a highly administrative, professional and organised individual who would be tasked dealing with purchasing, pricing, material certification, overseeing purchase orders and shipments.
Sourcing components - mainly from Far East.
Shipping/Logistics - working with agents and factories.
Supplier Management - Far East suppliers; both components and finished products.
Raising Purchase orders through Sage 50 Accounts.
Understanding critical paths to ensure components and goods will arrive on time.
Checking packaging artwork to ensure agreement with ingredient lists and safety data sheets.
Ensuring testing of products and all related documents are managed.
The ideal candidate would have buying experience, worked with Far East Suppliers and come from a retail home products background.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
This role offers a competitive salary package up to £35K subject to experience and due to the location own transport would be essential.
