An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an independent construction consultancy as their Business Support Administrator.
Ideally you will have previously worked for a construction company and have experience in providing a professional support service to a team of up to 25 staff.
Your duties will include:
Answering and redirecting calls within 3 rings
Screening and redirecting calls
Manage project documentation through it's life-cycle from inception through to completion
Ensuring complete and accurate records are kept
Log service enquiries
Issuing and chasing proposals
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Commitment to continuous improvement
If you are a confident and articulate person with excellent interpersonal skills and are good at multi tasking then this is the job for you.
You will need to be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be able to perform all business support functions as determined by your line Managers and Directors.
Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
