We have the pleasure of recruiting a temporary Factory Operative for a prestigious manufacturer based in the Medway Towns.
This position will start as temporary but could lead to a permanent role if you are successful.
You will need to have experience working within a manufacturing/factory environment and be able to commit to an ongoing position. If you have print experience this is advantageous.
You must be self motivated, a good communicator and physically fit to work in this fast paced environment and you should be well organised as you will be operating and minding the machines and associated equipment.
Initially you will be working on days, Monday to Friday for training and then once trained move to shifts, where you will be paid a shift premium.
A continental shift pattern is in place, so you will work a combination of days and nights over a seven day rota, 12 hour shifts, 4 shifts on and 4 days off.
