A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful, thriving business based in Grays. Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Permanent basis. The company is going from strength to strength and looking to expand their team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include delivering exemplary customer service to new and existing customers via email, telephone, live chat and company social media pages. You will be required to manage any issues that arise and ensure a suitable resolution is met. You will also be advising customers on suited products and providing further information on company products when needed. You will be required to keep up-to-date on new products, services and policies to ensure the correct information is being relayed to customers.
This role would suit an enthusiastic, proactive individual with experience within an office sales environment. You must be confident to speak with customers on the phone and deal with complaints if they arise, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
