We are currently recruiting full-time temporary Warehouse Operatives to perform a variety of tasks within our Client's Winchester warehouse.

This role is responsible for the management of confidential data from a variety of local, national and international businesses.

Duties will include preparing, scanning and indexing of confidential data into a storage system and/or data entry relating to the content of the confidential documents you are handling. Preparing could include removal of staples, ring binder clips and ensuring documents are suitable for scanning. You will be working to individual and team targets ensuring the workload is completed on time.

Due to the nature of the work, our client requires a full DBS and credit checks to be undertaken for any new starters. A clean UK Drivers licence is essential for this role, as there will be times when the successful applicant will be required to transport documents between sites.

Required skills/attributes:

Analytically minded with a keen focus on problem solving.
Knowledge of materials handling and stores environments.
Ability to use inventory control systems.
Have an understanding of Microsoft Office Package - Excel and Outlook.
A background in logistics with experience in stores, material handling and goods in preferred, but not essential.
Able to work in a pressurised environment while delivering to targets.
Receptive to training and continuous improvement.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Previous driving experience would be beneficial but not essential.

You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.

Hours of work for this role are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
