Our client, a successful insurance company based near Romford, is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent telephone manner, as you will be speaking with new and existing customers on a day-to-day basis.
Your duties will include speaking with prospective and existing clients to obtain information about their needs, explaining features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sales and renewals and ensuring requirements are fulfilled. You will calculate premiums and perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
You will need to have previous experience within a similar role, ideally within automotive insurance, however training is given to ensure you are aware of new products and services and to maintain competencies in accordance with FCA requirements.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
