An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join a prestigious company, based in a prime location in Dartford.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a high level of customer service a to a range of customers.
- Communication via fax, email and telephone.
- Taking and processing of customer orders.
- Handling and providing a resolution to complaints.
- Working with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the business process and procedure.
You should also have proven experience of the following:
- Customer Service.
- Taking and processing of customer orders.
- Dispute resolution.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
