This well established, local based company is looking to recruit a permanent Product Engineer to join their established team.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Test various electrical and mechanical products.
- Compile reports.
- Test safety and design of new products.
- Maintain good working relationships at all levels.
- Evaluate modifications.
- Inspect new designs.
Candidates must be familiar with design and use of light machinery, power tools and other mechanical equipment. You must also be able to interpret European safety standards and product directives.
Hours or work are 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary between £25,000 and £30,000 per annum.
