A great permanent opportunity has arisen in Barking for an experienced Sales Account Manager!
Responsibilities will include:-
*Creating, developing and maintaining customer relationships.
*Identifying and securing new opportunities for growth within existing and new customer accounts.
*Resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
*Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to customers in person, online, and via telephone.
*Liaising with customers, responding to general enquiries and complete administration activities to ensure a first class customer service.
*Ensuring a timely and professional response to any enquires or complaints, by ensuring a perfect customer experience.
*Tracking daily, weekly and monthly work completion levels to meet or exceed established budgets & targets
*Researching, identifying and correcting issues that cause inefficiencies in productivity and accuracy.
*Contributing in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success, including pitching ideas for improving the customer care and experience.
*Managing pricing and promotions with accounts according the budgets
*Participating in special projects
Requirements for the Account Manager role:-
Previous Sales or Account Management experience required (Food industry preferred)
A European language would be a distinct advantage.
GCSE or Equivalent
Strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task
Set priorities, manage own time and workload to meet deadlines in fast paced environment
Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Confident working within a team and independently
Hours and benefits for the Account Manager role:-
40 hours per week between 8.00am and 6.00pm
20 days holiday
