We are currently seeking a Service Administrator for a well established company based in the Medway Towns.
The main duties of the role will be answering the telephones and carrying out general typing of documentation, generating and sending of invoices, purchasing of general office goods and services. You will also be responsible for ensuring company procedures are communicated and kept up to date along with completion of monthly reports and costings.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills along with good all round IT skills. Previous administration experience is essential.
This is a temporary to permanent position, therefore immediate availability is advantageous.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with half an hour lunch break.
