Our client is a market leader in their industry and are recruiting for a Permanent Customer Services Executive to join their established team in Dartford.
This is great opportunity to utilise your analytical skills perhaps gained within a fast moving customer services environment to respond quickly and efficiently to customer enquiries.
You will be responsible for:
Providing a high level of customer service when investigating technical issues for a range of customers both over the telephone and via email.
Taking and processing of customer orders using the Sage computerised system.
Providing complaint resolution and solving technical related issues.
Update clients of any issues and maintaining the highest level of service.
Understanding processes and procedures to understand how to locate appropriate resources.
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a Customer Service environment
Excellent communication skills with confidence at communicating at all levels
Ability to influence others to gain consensus on improving a process or service
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude
Ability to focus on solutions rather than problems
Expresses passion and enthusiasm within the role
Proven track record on delivering quality as a first priority
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
