Premier Work Support are working with a prestigious company based in Romford, who are looking for a Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis.
The main duties will be identifying learning and development needs through job analysis, regular consultation with departmental Managers as well as agent need requests. You will be carrying out 1-2-1 coaching sessions and deliver existing or tailor made training packages based on individual needs.
You will need to be competent with designing, implementing and managing individual learning and development plans and courses. Producing training material, manuals, documentation and e-learning packages. Preparing and giving feedback and reports on training and learning intervention whilst ensuring CIPD/CPD best practise is maintained to ensure the learning is effective using a blend of learning methodology.
Additionally you will need to keep up to date with current developments and best practise training by researching and attending relevant courses and seminars, manage/administer all LMS functions and manage the contact centre coaches.
Our client will be looking for experience within the financial services industry, experience within a learning and development management capacity.
The successful candidate will have excellent planning, presentation, time and management skills with a high standard of communication to interact with all levels within the company. You must be capable of writing reports and maintaining learning and development methods and be comfortable to work well under pressure and be able to motivate and inspire others.
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
