An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within this well established organisation based in Woolwich as a Trainee Sales Executive, this is a full time permanent position that includes a 6 month - 1 year trainee programme within the IT sector.
Within the training period the successful candidate will:
Complete sales skills training courses to include prospecting, appointment making, effective appointments, project consultation, presenting proposals, negotiating, closing and account management.
Learn about personal performance monitoring to include time management and sales ratios.
Learn how to work with and develop high quality prospect databases.
How to effectively manage contacts and activities along with booking appointments.
Attend appointments with experienced consultants to gain real life experience.
Gain experience in the entire sales process from initial contact to deal completion.
This is a target driven position with performance monitoring based on number of sales calls completed, call time, appointments booked/attended and deal profit.
Upon successful completion of the training period and target achievement you will be offered a position in the sales team as an account manager.
The successful candidate will have some previous experience with B2B or telesales.
Be target driven with a desire to succeed.
Posses excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Have a keen interest in IT and Microsoft systems.
