Salary: £8.76 p/h.
Hours: Full time hours working a 4 on 2 off shift pattern starting time of 4:00am (8 hour shifts)
Premier Work Support have some fantastic opportunities for temporary Kitchen Assistants based at Gatwick Airport.
The successful candidates will be working in a brand new lounge at Gatwick Airport and will be joining a focused and hard working team. This is a fast paced working environment and attention to detail is extremely important as well as customer service.
You will be required to have a full 5 year check-able employment/education history, no unspent criminal convictions and valid photo ID. Ideally you will live within a 40 minute commuting distance to Gatwick Airport due to the shifts.
Duties will include:
Preparation, cooking and serving of food.
Ensuring that food is presented well to a high standard.
Following food hygiene legislation, and ensure that food is stored and maintained safely.
Strive to reduce wastage levels and dispose of food in the appropriate manner.
Conduct fridge temperature checks and record results as necessary.
Maintain the highest cleaning standards within your kitchen environment.
Have responsibility of stock rotation ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
Ensure that any cleaning chemicals are correctly and safely stored.
Comply with client Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
Maintain the highest standards of safety at all times.
