Premier Work Support are currently recruiting Team Leader Cleaners on a temporary basis, for our client in the Docklands area.
Applicants must have previous experience within a similar role and evidence of supervising and leading a team of staff. You must be able to perform cleaning duties to a high standard and have good communication and customer service skills as you will be dealing with visitors and exhibitors on a daily basis.
Initially, your role will involve utilising your previous cleaning experience to help assist current cleaning supervisors in performing supervisory duties until proven that you can work on your own merit.
Potential candidates must be able to do shift work. Most shifts are 12 hours long and occasionally you will be expected to work night shifts.
Starting salary is £ 8.94 per hour, which will increase to £9.34 per hour once the probationary period has been completed.
The form of employment is a zero hours contract and the shifts are very much relying on the events that we have going on.
