Due to increased growth, a highly successful and well established warehousing and distribution company based on the outskirts of Maidstone is looking to appoint a permanent Administrator Stock Controller. The company offers excellent career opportunities and benefits.
You must enjoy working in a busy office environment where deadlines are met on a daily basis and be a team player and have the ability to think on your feet.
Your main duties will include:
Using a computerised stock system to keep all departments up to date with stock information.
Issue details of sell by dates of stock items and updating returns information.
This is a key role and you will be working in a small team, ensuring that all departments are kept up to date with stock information i.e. sales, purchasing, warehouse.
You will need to be familiar with working in a fast paced environment, have accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail. You will also ideally have previous goods in, dispatch experience and be IT literate and possess excellent administration/customer service skills.
This role will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
