This is a rare opportunity for a Trade Counter Assistant to work on a permanent basis for our client, a growing, forward thinking company who are leaders in their field.
In this customer facing role you will be dealing with enquires and orders. Greeting customers and booking them in for servicing as well as dealing with the hiring of products.
The successful candidate will be willing to work in a small team, have good communication skills particularly on the telephone. An interest in cars would advantageous but not essential. This is a customer facing trade counter position, full training will be given in all aspects of the role including in the use of the in house customer management system (SAP) and the till.
Previous experience in a similar role or within a sales role is advantageous.
Hours of work are based around Monday to Friday, 40 Hours also compulsory overtime Saturday Morning 8.00am to 1.00pm (working 3 on 1 off), 21 Days Holiday + bank holidays
