An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within this well-established highly accredited organisation as an Administrator on a permanent full time basis.
The successful applicant will have a keen interest in Health and Safety within the construction sector with a desire to progress within the business.
Duties will include:
Assisting the Health and Safety Adviser with administration requirements.
Preparing site files for new projects.
Crosschecking documentation against internal check lists.
Assisting with the compiling of Operating and Maintenance manuals.
General administration duties include incoming and outgoing calls, printing and filling, emails and scanning and copying.
Training will be provided however a general knowledge of administration within an office environment will be beneficial.
A willingness to progress into a career in Health and Safety.
