Are you a natural solution provider and enjoy working within a technical environment?

Our client is a market leader in their industry and are recruiting for a Permanent Technical Customer Services Advisor to join their established team in Dartford.

This is great opportunity to utilise your analytical skills perhaps gained within a plumbing or a technical environment to respond quickly and efficiently to customer enquiries.

You will be responsible for:

Providing a high level of customer service when investigating technical issues for a range of customers both over the telephone and via email.
Taking and processing of customer orders.
Providing complaint resolution and solving technical related issues.
Update clients of any issues and maintaining the highest level of service.
Understanding processes and procedures to understand how to locate appropriate resources.

You will need to have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience within a customer driven environment.
Ability to understand technical drawings and instructions.
Ability to focus on providing a solution by using analytical and good problem solving skills.

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
21 days holiday
