We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, passionate and excellent craft-skilled Sous Chef to assist in the operation of Patient and Staff Dining at a prestigious healthcare Hospital East London.
This is a full-time role (40 hours) with flexible hours on a weekly rota basis. Shift times can be any 5 days each week.
The ideal candidate must have experience working within a high profile facility. Offering a food service that is second to none and reporting to the Head Chef and working alongside an amazing team of Chefs helping to bring the best food to patients on a daily basis.
You will be required to motivate and inspire the Front-of-House and Kitchen team, assist and deputise for the Head Chef, work to high standards and be quality driven.
Excellent people skills required with the ability to develop and work well within a team.
