The successful role holder will be expected to:
Win and secure new business, while achieving personal targets.
Develop effective growth strategies that apply to both financial success and customer success.
Research the market to identify buying/selling trends and new markets.
Develop relationships with industry professionals, existing referral partners and competitors.
Produce reports regarding new prospects as well as writing proposals in conjunction with pre sales.
Attend events, special interest groups, conferences and seminars to seek new opportunities.
Maintain the integrity of information in conjunction with GDPR.
Negotiate with clients to solidify terms of contract ensuring each one adheres to current regulations and guidelines.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of winning new business within the IT sector as well as:
High quality networking skills.
A proven record of sales success, superior sales and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication both verbal and written.
High competence with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent research and strategic analysis along with negotiation and persuasion skills.
A full UK driving licence is essential as due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel to meetings.
