Our client based in the heart of the City of London is actively recruiting for a new member of staff to join their Events Team, this really is a great opportunity to join this prestigious organisation where you will utilise your outstanding administration skills whilst also developing your career within Events.
Some of the main duties include:
You will provide day-to-day support to the team, helping to build client relationships.
Maintaining the events website - uploading event content & graphics, and presentations
Pre-event work such as producing letters/information packs for speakers
Supporting with the production of on-site documents such as: Programme books, re validation books, certificates, evaluation forms, exhibitor packs, and signage.
Organise travel and accommodation for speakers etc. (as required)
The key attributes for this roles include the following:
Excellent computer skills
A friendly team player
Excellent verbal and written skills
There may be some occasional based travel as and when required.
